Coming from Auckland

• Drive to the city Centre via Victoria Street
• Turn right into Hood Street
• Straight through traffic lights into Thackeray Street
• Through Roundabout
• Ashwood Manor is 30 metres on the other side of Roundabout; on the right as you start to go up the hill

Coming from Tauranga / Rotorua / Taupo

• Drive past Hamilton Gardens along Cobham Drive
• Over the bridge across the Waikato River
• Straight ahead at the next intersection
• Straight through first roundabout
• At second roundabout turn left, then after 10 metres turn right to go up hill. Ashwood Manor is on your right (near the bottom of the hill)
